sisters scaling down
Hello:) This is my attempt to make loosing weight easier for me and my sisters. I am hoping to establish accountability for myself. I've put on 30 lbs in the last 4 yrs. At this rate, I want be be able to get through the hospital doors for the emanent heart attack I am sure to endure in a few years. I am 44 and about 30 lbs over weight. Today is the first day of my shrinking process! Join me if you dare or care to;)

Busy weekend! Play offs....dang steelers! They just keep winning. lol So, another Monday. Kids in school. Yepee! How was ya'll's weekends? I'm still drinking lots of water. Seems to be helping. Luv ya'll-S

Day 4
Well, I've lost almost 2 lbs as of yesterday. However, we went to a bbq last pm and I fixed homemade french fries, fried mushrooms and fried onion rings. Yikes! I also had a hamburger with cheese, but no bun. Drank all my agua though;) Today, I am doin good. Gotta run. Rachael is doing a radio show for the first time today. luv ya'll!-S

Day 3
Well, hello there sissy's! It's Friday! Yeehaw! I've lost 1.8lbs. Only about 28 more to go. heehee Baby steps. I had a chile relleno for lunch...oops! It was soooooo good! I'm still okay though. Drinkin lots of water. Me and my bathroom have become fast friends. Cindy, how are you doin? Lynne? Kj is on another site with me (as is Lynne, but she doesn't get on it). The site is awesome! Day 3
Mornin=) How r ya'll doin? I did not do well last pm=( What is it about the evenings? I had an eggroll, 2 pieces of cheese garlic bread and a few bites of a yummy focaccia veggie pesto sandwich. And lets not forget a few glasses of Chardonnay. Must of been at least a 1000 calories! Ugh! However, new day! Blessing! This am I had a b-fast burrito with 1 egg, 1 small slice of cheddar and a half a tortilla. And pepsi of course;) Already drank 2 glasses of water. Yepee! lol So, I've decided my goal for this week is to drink 8 glasses of water everyday and try to eat less of what I would normally eat. Baby steps! So far, I'm on track for water. KJ has become the incredible shrinking woman! Cindy is sticking to not eating after 4 and is making progress. Lynne is on board with the water. Right? I'm only gonna weigh once a week. I think this will help as it will seem that I am loosing faster. (at least in my warped mind) lol Also, I'm gonna try to "blog" in the evenings so I can be more accountable. Luv to all ya'll!

Day 2
Mornin=) How are my sissy's today? My evening went well. Finished up my water intake (8 glasses). Didn't eat much for supper. I made chalupas with veggie refried beans, guac, lettuce, tomato and salsa. I had a half of one. My daughter broke out some candy bars and I succumbed. I had a tiny butterfinger and a bite of a crunch bar and an almond chocolate bar. YIKES! However, today is a new day! God is great! I will persevere on my shrinking quest. lol
So, this am, I had a chalupa loaded with lettuce/tomato with a tbsp of guac. I also had my 1/2 can of pepsi;) Now I'm on to the water drinking. 1 down!
I've heard from all 3 of my sissy's and I am pleased to announce....ya'll are all in! Yeehaw! We are gonna shrink together! I need all the help I can get. This is gonna be so fun! A great way for us to keep in touch and conquer the scale. I love ya'll!

Day 1
Okay, here we go.....I am planning to track what I eat and when I exercise. Here is today's tally so far:
B-fast consisted of 1 scrambled egg, slice of cheddar, small tortilla and a tbsp of salsa. 1/2 can pepsi (sorry, ya'll...must have pepsi in the am!) lol
2 cups of water
Lunch consisted of about 2 cups of leftover sesame chicken, veggies, white rice and salmon. FYI; chicken was fried, but dang! was it good! Besides, I didn't want to waste it =)~
1 cup of water
Brisk walk for 30 mins in the hills by my casa
