Hello:) This is my attempt to make loosing weight easier for me and my sisters. I am hoping to establish accountability for myself. I've put on 30 lbs in the last 4 yrs. At this rate, I want be be able to get through the hospital doors for the emanent heart attack I am sure to endure in a few years. I am 44 and about 30 lbs over weight. Today is the first day of my shrinking process! Join me if you dare or care to;)

Day 4
Well, I've lost almost 2 lbs as of yesterday. However, we went to a bbq last pm and I fixed homemade french fries, fried mushrooms and fried onion rings. Yikes! I also had a hamburger with cheese, but no bun. Drank all my agua though;) Today, I am doin good. Gotta run. Rachael is doing a radio show for the first time today. luv ya'll!-S

Yum, that sounds good!! Awesome job on weight loss!! We went to outback steakhouse tonight (which has gone waaaay down hill) and had a few bites of a filet w/o butter and steamed veggies. Did have pc of bread and some of the Aussie fries. Stayed under 900 calories 2day and drank all 64 oz. of water. Haven't had a Coke in 4 or 5 days. Tried a diet coke at dinner and it wasn't bad; would rather have had B's wine, but don't want to drink calories. xo,kj
