Day 3

Well, hello there sissy's! It's Friday! Yeehaw! I've lost 1.8lbs.  Only about 28 more to go. heehee  Baby steps. I had a chile relleno for lunch...oops! It was soooooo good! I'm still okay though. Drinkin lots of water. Me and my bathroom have become fast friends. Cindy, how are you doin? Lynne? Kj is on another site with me (as is Lynne, but she doesn't get on it). The site is awesome!   1. Drinking that water SURE does help! I lost over a pound just yesterday. Staying under 800 calories probably helped too. Ended up having yogurt for lunch and made pork tenderloin with light wine sauce, roasted butternut squash and a spinach salad w/ red bell pepper and white balsamic vinaigrette for dinner last night. Today I skipped bfast and had a 6" Subway for lunch. Even though I didn't drink any soda, the calories exceeded 600 with sun chips and ranch. So, dinner consisted of a small piece of banana bread. ;) Just left a cool praise on my blog: http://countrylivingatitsfinest.blogspot.com.
